• In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
  The implantation of a woman's egg into her uterus after it has been fertilized outside of her body by her partner's sperm.
• -  Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
  A single sperm is injected into a single egg in order to assist fertilization.
• -  Assisted Hatching
  A procedure performed in an IVF lab. The layer around the embryo is thinned to assist with implantation. There are certain indications for using this procedure some include: advanced maternal age, elevated hormone levels, and unexplained implantation failure.

  The process of freezing an embryo to allow for a later pregnancy.
• Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosing (PGD)
  PGD
  Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis is a procedure used in couples who are at high risk of transmitting an inherited defect. This procedure is done in conjunction with an oocyte retrieval using a single embryo cell. The Advanced Fertility Center can facilitate the coordination of this procedure performed by a highly skilled embryologist.

• Tubal Repair
  A microsurgery technique used to repair damage to the fallopian tubes and increase a woman's fertility.
• Outpatient Hysteroscopy Uterine Repair
  A surgical procedure used in conjunction with other uterine surgeries in order to preserve future fertility. This complex procedure is a combination of simultaneous hysteroscopy and laparoscopy to recreate a more normal uterus. This can, in most cases, be accomplished as an outpatient procedure.
• Outpatient Laparoscopic Treatment of Endometriosis
  This advanced reproductive procedure can be accomplished via outpatient laparoscopy with latest laser equipment including robotic-assisted instrumentation.

• Laparoscopic Cervical Cerclage and Vaginal Cerclage
  A procedure that is performed to decrease the chance of a miscarriage due to an incompetent cervix. A small stitch is placed in the cervix to prevent early dilatation. This can be accomplished as an outpatient procedure.
